Training Hours Continue to Climb
Deputy Chief Mike Heusing reported that district firefighters have now completed a total of 5,332.5 training hours. This ongoing commitment to training ensures that personnel are proficient in the latest firefighting and emergency medical techniques, maintaining a high level of readiness for all types of incidents.

During the public comment portion of the meeting, Beecher Village Trustee Joe Tieri publicly thanked the fire district for its participation in the recent “Cop on a Rooftop” event.
