Deputy Chief Mike Heusing reported that district firefighters have now completed a total of 5,332.5 training hours. During the public comment portion of the meeting, Beecher Village Trustee Joe Tieri publicly thanked the fire district for its participation in the recent “Cop on a Rooftop” event.
