Financial Reports Approved
The board approved the treasurer’s report and the list of bills. The village’s general fund balance at the end of November stood at $1,813,917.97. Trustee Todd Kraus noted that the approved bills included payroll for the EMA, trustees, and a $21,438 payment for the wastewater treatment plant.
Employment Agreement on Agenda
Following the executive session, the board was scheduled to consider an ordinance authorizing an employment agreement with Donna Lippelt to serve as the Village Treasurer and Office Manager. The ordinance was drafted to consolidate the positions following the retirement of Janett McCawley.
