Beecher Public Library District Meeting | Nov. 2025
The Beecher Public Library District Board of Trustees met on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, to handle financial reporting and building maintenance issues. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. with Trustee Rick Kerber absent.
Storytime Attendance
Director Jill Grosso reported strong participation in youth programming. According to her report, “Storytime” had 122 children attend over a four-week period.
Secretary’s Report
The board reviewed and approved the minutes from the October 21, 2025, meeting. The motion was made by Trustee Keppler-Abbott and seconded by Trustee Beverly Wehling.
School Calendar Note
The Schools Committee noted that there was no school on November 10. Consequently, the library expects to be in session on February 27.
Next Meeting
The board announced that the next regular monthly meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. The meeting adjourned at 8:01 p.m. following a motion by Trustee Shelia Oppenhuis.
