The motion to approve the retirement contract “for Mike Meyer as high school principal as submitted” passed unanimously on a roll call vote during the meeting’s new business section.   • Joshua Groesser as a part-time (0.5) special education teacher

The board moved up the personnel votes earlier in the meeting at the request of the chair so that family members in the audience would not have to wait through executive session. All three hires passed unanimously.

Bus Driver Resignation

The board also acknowledged the resignation of Thomas Hynes as a full-time bus driver, effective May 1, 2026. The agenda packet did not list a specific reason for the resignation, and the matter was not discussed in open session.
