BEECHER — The Beecher Village Board on Monday, June 8, 2026, approved a $38,300.12 payment to a business under a 2023 economic incentive agreement, returning three-quarters of the property taxes the village collected last year from a parcel in the Illiana Crossroads Business Park.
Trustee Jessica Smith, chair of the Economic Development and Community Events Committee, presented the motion to approve the payment to Cecich & Son Enterprises LLC.
